Update from SLU
Nothing has happened with the project since recieving SEK 500,000 in support from Maj Johnson’s fund.
There are several important projects that must first be completed, but it is expected to start the sequencing by the summer of 2022.
Leslie Lyons contributes with genome from healthy cats. These are needed to be able to compare with the genome of midline affected kittens.

Man har flera viktiga pojekt som först måste avslutas, men man räknar med att kunna börja sekvensering till sommaren 2022.
Leslie Lyons bidrar med genom från friska katter. Dessa behövs för att kunna jämföra med arvsmassan från midline drabbade kattungar.
